I was wondering why I missed your posts....Then I read this crap & realise that I didn't miss them at all....
 
Someone tell me how a guy who preferred to glue his ass on the couch for the season is better than Moore?
 
From manning to Flynn to this? They sign a 34 year old QB who didn't even play last year. Ireland is a total joke and Ross is even a bigger joke for keeping him around. Too bad you can't fire an owner. Maybe when he looses a ton of money this season, he will wake up. No way the stadium numbers go up from last year, it's on it's way to a free fall in 2012
 
When you say glue his ass to the couch you do realize he was out for the year due to back surgery?
 
My money would be on Garrard to beat out Moore and start the first game

New HC, new OC, new offense so everyone starts from scratch and it will be a straight shootout

Matt Moore might be the better QB but he couldn't beat out Henne in camp last year - maybe he doesn't show well in camp drills
 
I have no issue with us getting Garrard on a 1 year deal to come in and push Matt Moore. Add a rookie into the mix and at least we have two solid journeymen and someone that (hopefully) will be the future of the franchise on the roster. I prefer Garrard being added on the cheap than giving Alex Smith $8 million a year in the hope he can replicate his 2011 season with a different system, fewer weapons and a worse defence.

Nope, whatever job you're doing I know it's not running a football team, Atlanta used a 1st to get Ryan, why would the fins give 3 and jake long, and still pay ryan. you must be a Jets Fan LOL
 
He wanted a chance to be a starter, and Jacksonville wasn't going to provide him that opportunity
 
Man Miami will be fine, Just go fine yourself another team to support that does everything you want them to.

I personally think that is was his failures in December that got him canned. Thoughout those years in Jacksonville he only had 2 good Decembers (both 3-1) in 2005 and 07. They made the playoffs those years.

In all those other seasons he was 6-15 in december and left the Jags at the doorstep of the playoffs.
His failure in the last 2 games of 2010 doomed him. The playoffs were there for the taking but he couldn't deliver them.
