Get ready for the JON GRUDEN rumors!

I'd love to see Gruden here, but ****, I would take Saban back too. How low is that.

I'm not for a Gruden hire, but when people say he won with Dungy's players, they forget that an inept Bill Callahan got to the same Super Bowl with
Gruden's! And if not for the tuck rule fiasco, who knows what Gruden would have done before that.
 
The guy had a good point about the Buccs draft situation during the Gruden years. They basically traded away 3 years worth of valuable draft picks to acquire Gruden. Made it pretty difficult to restock.

I have an inkling that if Gruden thinks he can build up Tannehill, he will take the job if offered.

The thing about Jay Gruden is that everytime I've seen him, he doesn't seem to have the aura of leadership you want in a HC. That's just my initial impression, so I could be wrong. You can't dispute the work he is doing in Cincy. I wouldn't be opposed to it.

I know he was a successful QB/HC in the Arena league, so maybe he does that that quality.
 
we could be so lucky to have a proven winner coaching our team instead of the steady stream of scrubs we've had.
 
Hmm while I still like Philbin, Gruden would be interesting choice. He's had some time away from the game and he's probably really hungry to get out there and coach again. WHo knows. I would just hate to start over AGAIN
 
We've had some really bad coaches around here over the last few years that's for sure.

Ross needs to do the right thing once and for all. Clear house completely and hire a good GM who will hire the coach!
