Get ready for the JON GRUDEN rumors!

Jesus mother of god I would puff my pants if Gruden coached the Phins. Give em some discipline and attitude.

People who are saying the 1-15 season wasn't as tough to bear are right. The worst part of heading for another mediocre season is that there is no clearcut signal that anything will change for the better. 7-9 may be good enough for the staff to stay around whereas 1-15 obviously isn't, and we don't get to make that call. Some things are going to change in the offseason, but is anyone really convinced that any change this team does make will be for the better? I sure don't sit around thanking my stars that we traded Brandon Marshall for a mid rounder, heck I'm not even convinced that we are any better than when we performed reasonably well in the second half of 2011.

This season reminds me of what Bills fans must feel like. How many years have they started out well out of the gate, and had some talent on both sides of the ball, but never been able to put together the right key pieces to get over the hump?
 
I'd rathe have Jay, because Jon would want GM powers, and I don't like that in today's NFL. However, with that being said assuming there is a coaching change ( and I think there should be) Ross will go after a big name proven winner and Jon likes Taneyhill (in his CHuckie voice) and would love to stay in the warm weather.

Gruden could certainly teach Tannehill some things, and really in my mind right now Tannehill just looks like a guy whose weaknesses are a reflection of his current staff's philosophy and faults.

Wanna really Know ?? its called Coaching SomeThing Were not being able to do for a Whole Game , Theres Noway We Play That Good , in the first half , just to have the game turn a complete 360 and Everything I MEAN EVERYTHING FLY ALL TO HELL ON US ...
 
If I was Ross I'd just fire Ireland and Philbin and tell Jon

Tannehill is the definition of a gruden style qb. He would add a couple rbs and balance the game. I want gruden too much

Philbin is not passionate nor charismatic and players like playing for a temperamental,passionate and charismatic coach who can motivate his players

I want Gruden too.
