I'm not much for taking pictures (or posting for that matter) but I'll try to participate. I bought a 1/4 side of beef the other day for the first time from a local place. I made 2 filets in the cast iron skillet and roasted potatoes while my wife made a great salad. It was great; this order came with a brisket and I have never smoked one before. A friend gave me the rundown of what he does so I'll post that when it happens. I grill all year 'round here in Alabama, just as long as its not too cold, wet or windy.
