Give tannehill a WR who can "bail" him out or go UP for the ball then judge

If your team's beat writer used to be a political writer and has never played the sport of football and he continues to post unreadable articles....it time for a reset...

I think he has plenty of weapons. But I have been saying we need a big red zone target. I wouldn't mind seeing Dion Sims used in the red zone, or Egnew. We have been surprisingly good in the red zone considering our running game sucks and we don't have someone to catch a fade in the endzone.
Wouldn't mind seeing Dion Jordan line up out wide in 3rd and goal from the 2 like Jason taylor did a couple of times.

100% agree....Matthews and Gibson fit this offense extremely well, Hartline is HArtline, nothing spectacular, but can move the chains, dependable, and "savvy". Wallace is the homerun threat, granted he's not a WCO guy, he has talent to make big plays....once Tannehill and him get that trust, look out.

I would like a TE to go along with Clay (is has been very good)....if the O-line wasn't an issue I would love to have Ebron out of UNC...

Ebron is a STUD!!! That guy would be awesome as a seam threat, YAC guy and red zone threat...But we have bigger needs IMO. If we hadn't wasted picks on some of the guys we have now and used some on O-Line we could draft Ebron.

Matthews is growing into a candidate to play the outside IMO.Hartline is what he is and when he and Ryan get into sync they are a first down waiting to happen.I really wish Sherman/Philbin had the stones to try Mathews on the outside and put Hartline in the slot and the same goes for Wallace.Mix it up a bit.....

When we talk about the greatest quarterbacks of all time (Johnny Unitas, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, John Elway, etc.), why do we talk about how good they were individually, rather than talking about how much help they had from the players around them?

If we judge those players on their own merits, then why should we change that standard in judging any other player? Why should there be a double standard?

There are only a handful of elite qbs. If there were 10 elite qbs that came out of every draft then you wouldn't see so many mediocre and awful teams in the NFL. Tannehill is more like Flacco than anyone else. He can end up being a really good QB for us. The Colts were fortunate to grab the only future elite QB of last years draft. We picked the second/third best option at QB. And that can be okay so long as we give him a decent line, and a big time TE/receiver that can win one on one battles in the redzone. Everyone is hoping to get the next Marino, but unfortunately these types of players are rare.

We still dont know what this offense is going to look like yet. Wait for Gibson and Keller to get healthy and Tanny to get on the same page with wallace. Wow.

Clay and Mathews would come off the bench and the offense wouldn't loose a beat. Cant wait to see that with a brand new offensive line. The offense next year will be dangerous.

Yup.. He only needs a bad oc and an OL that gives you 1.3 seconds before your hit... Makes sense when you can't think outside the box.. Fortunately I can

Name one alpha receiver Brady had when winning rings?

Our receivers fall down after catching the ball because they're: 1 getting the ball in traffic and are going to get hit, and 2 the ball is poorly placed.

Stop defending a mediocre QB. Tom Brady goes our there and wins with ****ing NOBODIES.

Tom Brady is a 1st ballot hall of famer...if you aren't going to be happy until we have one of those behind center then I feel sorry for you because that is some rare ****

great QBs make the players around them better. you could probably count the number of times RT has done this on one hand, whereas the missed opportunities seem like too many to keep track of.
