So you think Dawn Aponte is running the team because she buddied up with Philbn? What exactly are you trying to say here?

Here's what I'm trying to say. This situation has the potential to scare candidates off. If what has been said is true, about Philbin and Aponte joining forces and coming together against Ireland, I'd be leery. I haven't been here long. I don't have the boss's ear yet, what if there's a disagreement and they turn on me?

This isn't about Aponte being a woman. No discrimination here. I come from a single mother household and I always want to see women succeed. This is about dysfunction plain and simple. I hope it doesn't come to that, but the recent history of this organization is something that cannot be ignored.
