Go, Go Go

Finheaven posters have noted that when Tannehill yells..

- "Go" = Usually a Pass

- "Go, Go" = Usually a Run

I don't know if anyone has done a detailed statistical analysis yet.

What...? No "statistical analysis" needed...just watch the game, it's plain as day. Do you watch the game on mute?

That would be great, if we actually did that.

But I don't remember ever hearing "Go Go", and we run a play action fake, and throw for a big gain.

According to some finheaven posters, the "Go Go" & run play correlation is 100%.

Maybe thats because the defense hasn't been dumb enough to leave a TE running wide open no matter how many times we run the ball off of go-go.

Of course they still have to play their assignment, but so much of football is instinct and it certainly gives your instincts an edge.

Everyone knows what Brady's Alpha and Manning's Omaha calls mean. It's not really a big deal. How about the O-line just ****ing block so we don't have to worry about trivialities like this.

Until the Fins change it up, if I'm a DB, when I hear the cadence I know whether to crash the line or start back pedaling. Why does he need to do it? Does the team forget from the huddle to the line if they are run or pass blocking? Maybe we are in more trouble on the line than we thought.

They most certainly don't use the same cadence for 7 games

Same Cadence, Same Audibles, with all the time teams spend watching film for tendencies it doesn't matter what the cadence is or how it is used.

I did notice it but like someone mentioned he doesn't say Go,Go and pause for a few seconds. Usually it's Go,go and snap right away. But if you're a LB in a spy, or covering the RB you might start blitzing sooner but the reaction time is what, .5 seconds, a second?

thats bad too cause the dline can perfectly time a rush.

People who don't think this tips off the D are delusional. I'm sitting there in front of the TV knowing exactly what is coming after every snap. Hear one "Go"? Don't worry about that play action! He ain't handing it off. Hear "Go Go"? Crash that line of scrimmage.

If my buddies think I'm psychic, either they're stupid or the Dolphins think the defense is stupid.

But what is the point? After reading about the "Go Go" last week, I focused on it this Sunday....Every single time Go Go was a run...Go was a pass...it's just so stupid. Why does Tanny need to say Go Go for a run? Does the team not know what the play is?

Just say "Go"....everytime.
