Grade As A Whole

The first day or day and a half I'd give them a "A" but it drops down about 1/4to 1/2 a letter grade per day while players that can help them are still available and we are sitting on 25M or so and us doing little or nothing.
 
I can't grade yet until we know for sure we're done with our FA period as a team. Obviously, the team still has interest in several players in positions of need so I'll reserve my judgment until we're complete with our free agent signings. I would still like us to pick up another offensive linemen or two, look at adding a corner, and maybe a running back like Tate or Blount if the price is decent.
 
Some of these grading scales dont make sense...
A - clear need/upgrade
B - stable player/no change
F - because anything less than a B is a failure

Grimes - A (no arguement)
Delmas - B+ (upgrade only if he is healthy, could be an F)
Albert - A (filled a very important need, CLEAR upgrade, money is non factor)
Starks - A (best DT available, if we didnt sign him..a certain F)
Mitchell - A (upgrade over solai, price and talent)
Trading Martin for ANYTHING - A++++++++ (friggin ace ninja awesome alternate universe impossible phenomena)
