Grant Traded

Could it be they know more then "90% of casual fans? - LOL
Unfortunately it doesn’t appear so, seeing as how the 90% wanted Grant gone in the off-season, but the front office needed to see him lose two extremely costly fumbles and lose 15 yards before pulling the trigger.

Pretty much every time this front office bucks conventional wisdom (over-drafting Austin Jackson, over-drafting Igbinoghene, ignoring the RB position, doubling down on injury prone WRs, sticking with Jesse Davis as starting RT, keeping Jakeem Grant on the roster), they are proven wrong.

I want changes but the correct one. How about a new oline coach, new

How about a new playcaller . Grant wasn't the reason we sucked
No, but it's a start. Examples need to be made to get players to step up. If they still can't, time to start axing coaches. If that doesn't work, bye bye Grier and Flores.

Scapegoat. Just like Jay Ajai, just like Fitzpatrick, just like Pouncy. The failure of this organization to recognize it's own failures are astounding. No wonder no quality coach or player wants to play here. Remember Jim Harbaugh?

You gain nothing by trading grant. He should not have made the roster to begin with. This move is to appease the fan base. Impress us by firing some coaching staff.make some actual changes.

They tried to trade Grant to the Panthers in the offseason. Maybe it has less to do with his performance this year and more due to the fact that they felt he was expendable?

Keep telling yourself that then. You gain a draft pick also fwiw. You gain leverage on players not performing to say, do better or you're gone. Doesn't seem like you have much managerial experience if that's how you are thinking.

I could have been more clear, I was talking about the Bears organization - LOL

You seem to have an un-healthy attitude about our teams administration, care to expound on that - LOL
