Grier and McDaniel Still Have Jobs?

Don’t forget about Jason Sanders
When the firing starts

He stinks

The Raiders fired Dennis Allen four games into his 3rd season as head coach.
The Dolphins should have fired McDaniel following last season's collapse of the team, but they did not so my best guess is that he will be fired within the next few weeks.
I believe Philbin was fired around their Bye Week, thus giving interim Coach Campbell an extra week before the next game. It's a given that Miami is going to keep losing, so maybe we'll get lucky, and Ross will clean house at the Bye.

Coach - Vrabel
GM - aaa much as I hate to write this, Belicheat

unfortunately your anecdotal proof will not make your dreams come true

I was hoping (not really expecting knowing how Ross is) to have heard of the firing of at least one and maybe both of them. Crossman needs to go to. Make Darrel Bevell the interim head coach, please get rid of Lemuel Pierre (he's been here for all the bad offensive lines), and make Ronnie Bradford the special teams coach. I say make Nat Moore the interim GM.
We will be lucky if he fires them at the end of the season...... Sadly 😥

Or maybe the stupid talking heads you guys call journalist ask difficult ****ing question for a change :

Mike after making fun of us in the preseason is it time to be worried about this team lack of quality line play being last in the league in every mother ****ing category
I've been roasting Omar on Twitter since Sunday about this exact thing.

No one fired last night? Not yet this morning?
I think that might be a good thing.

If Grier fires McDaniel now and we win a few games, Grier will try to spin that to Ross, that it wasn't his fault.

Ross is so clueless tho, who knows what's actually a good sign or a bad sign. We need a pagen witch-doctor to read these omens.

McMadden priority is getting people paid. Including himself. In that regard, well done man. What a fraud. We all knew it too. The jokey jokey pressers, the in season Hard Knocks where he is buddy buddy. Running off the field with the idiotic dorsal fin. The team TD celebrations choreographed. Are you kidding me on this? None of this will last in this league. McMadden Commands zero respect. See Tomlin on this who consistently has quality teams and the respect required.

Joke franchise and imposter coach, led by a failed GM and an incompetent owner.
None of those things you mentioned are reasons to fire him though. Dorsal fins? TD celebrations? No, the reason you fire him is because his offense has been figured out and he cannot adjust. If Mike isn't calling plays, what the heck would he even be doing? He has no say in the defense or ST. He isn't a motivator. He is simply just a scheme guy. But without his scheme working, he brings nothing to the table.

We need to hire Mike Vrabel as our head coach.
I'd be down...and bring in a no-bullshit GM that KNOWS how to build a roster, not just give the HC (unproven HC who insists on calling plays, when he never has, at any level) everything he asks for.

Ross is to big of a dunce to fire them. Here is our future! Ross buys Grier and McD sob story that losing Tua caused this and the ship will right when he returns. Tua comes back team plays better and Ross gives them a stay. Next year it all falls apart again even with a healthy Tua because the whole league has figured out McD his system and his tendencies. Then Ross fires them.
