Grier and McDaniel Still Have Jobs?

I be for Vrabel or give me the lions oc at least he’s called plays for 3 years now, and we know it’s not Campbell
 
Legit rooting for the locker room to turn on him. It’s in the best interest of this franchise long term for things to get ugly and fast. There needs to be an outcry from the entire fanbase.

Unfortunately we have a clueless owner, so pressure must be applied both internally as well as LOUDLY from the fanbase.

I am up for putting down some money to start flying banners over the stadium every single week.
 
Did you see Hill not yelling at him but yelling loud behind him so he could here it and then Wes Welker stepping in and kinda blocking Hill out?
 
Yep me too I want a players mutiny.. The best case is some veterans speak out and say they've never seen something this discombobulated.

Mike McDaniel needs to be removed right now
 
In order to save his own ass he has to give Frank Smith play calling duties and fire crossman

He's not going to do either The owner should step in right now and fire the head coach.. Go out and hire Mike vrabel
 
Just think about this fact for a minute:

Brian Flores is by far the best head coach this franchise has had since Nick Saban (btw - you guys hate Saban but all he did was make the right and smart choice, and it paid off).

That is depressing.

Correct.. No established coach will come here until Grier is gone. Even then, they might not come because of Ross. It all depends on Ross hires as his next GM.

Just look at the recent hires and their prior experience.

Gase - 2 years OC
Flores- position coach, not even a DC
McDaniel - 1 year as OC in name only but
mostly an Offensive Assistant.

The Grier tenure has been nothing short of a **** 💩 show!! 😂
 
Couple different points:

1. Ross is on his 5th head coach. Of the other 4, he fired two after their 3rd season and fired the other 2 during their 4th season.

Every coach has made it 3 full seasons but none have made it an entire 4th season under Ross.

2. McD is the HC and de facto OC. You just extended McD and Tua as a packaged deal because you believed in them after back to back playoffs. Did McD get worse at playcalling in 8 months since he had the #2 offense, or what’s changed since then?

3. If you’re Weaver, do you even want to interim HC the mess on offense? You don’t even have an OC that designed the offense or calls plays to lean on.
