The big three just became the big two. I have to think that Cowher is the new "favorite" at this point. Of course until he signs an extension with CBS.

With Gruden out, here is how I see Ross' target list:

1. Bill Cowher
2. Jeff Fisher
3. Les Miles

Nublar surprised your reading that much into the TV deal if anything Gruden may have done it to give himself leverage in a coaching class that will include Cowher & Fisher.

As for Ross I'm convinced he is looking for an offensive HC.
