Gus connected with Randy Moss!

are you talking about the 2 games gus started for minnesota, haha... yes thats right 2 games? think he had 4 TDs against the 49ers that year, thats why his stats looked so good... not to mention thats a dominant oline, its easy to go deep when you have time in the pocket, what you guys maybe now are realizing its hard to play the QB position with a ****ty oline, maybe you'll see thast why it was kinda hard to really evaluate AJ last year... ehh probably not though

Randy Moss could make most of us look like pretty good NFL QBs...

he is a freak.

You need to "connect" with reality...

Welker our fastest receiver? Come on LMAO...

I do not think I am far off in saying that Chambers has not caught many down the sideline for TD's while burning the CB. What Chambers is awesome at is catching sideline balls with exprertise, running the back of the endzone with precision and pure talent. Catching the ball over the middle and taking the hit and still hanging on to the ball. What CC has not done very well is burn a CB down the sideline with his "awesome speed".

As for David Boston. He has yet to make it through a season and a couple of knee injuries. He has been asked to go five yards and make plays on his feet. If he is so fast, then why arent they sending him long? Maybe we will, but we have not very much at all. So all this talk about how he can go long is yet to be seen. Thats all, its not a dig on our recievers like most of you would like to make it.

So lets make AJ the guy. Lets put in the guy who has connected deep with so much precision and and obvious better talent. Lets put in the guy who threw more INT's than Fiedler for TD's. Lets put in the guy who has dinked and dunked his way right into everyones hearts. Let it be. Let it fly. Let it come to fruition. I dont care anymore.

You expect to win with Gus? Look dude if I believed that we could win more with Gus I would be a Guskateer too. Right now I believe we have a better chance winning with Feeley than with Gus. Just think if Feeley has a good year we know we have a QB for a year or two and we could focus on other positions in the draft, if not then we will never know if Feeley was the answer. I see no point in starting Gus, he sucks IMO and he is nothing more than a one year gap till we draft a QB next year. Seems like you arent changing our mind and we arent changing yours so I dont know what to say.

Unfortunately Saban does not see it that way, if Feeley was the better qb and we had a better chance of winning he would be starting right now. I think the problem is that Feeley sucks and just couldn't beat out Gus in practise. I am one of those guys that gave him all the time in the world but he just hasn't become that qb we hoped he would be. Give Feeley more time......

Does anybody actually watch Randy Moss?
It's not the speed, everyteam has a track guy on the roster.

It's the ability to adjust to the ball at the last second.

Larry Fitzgerald has the same ability but not the speed nor the 6'5" size.

Wanna defend Moss? Sack the QB.

People who hate feeley will never see.

Listen Gus, I am sorry to be so blunt, but you suck.. You are old, you overthrow everything, and you look like a mongoose.. I know you would really love to have Moss to throw to, but maybe you should have thought of that before signing here.. You should have signed with Oakland and rammed Collins' head into a wall so you could start for your old buddy Norv.. But alas, we cannot clone Randy Moss so that his freakish talents may aid you in masking your ineptitude.. Good luck!

I understand people wanting Feeley to be the guy. I just do not understand what it is that they think he is so much better at. Really, I would be all behind Feeley if he would just take the smile off his face and play like his life depends on it. What Feeley has done is dinked and dunked and made one TD with Danny Farmer against TB thrid stringers, guys who are being cut as we speak.

LOL.. What have you done Gus? One TD in week 2 that was meant for someone ACROSS the field but slipped out of your hand for a TD? What have you done other than that? Fumble for a TD? Overthrow at least 10 guys who beat their man? Maybe YOU should dink and dunk so you can have some semblance of success with the offense. Id recommend you look at some Tom Brady game tapes from his superbowl years, because his main weapon was the dink and dunk. You could probably learn a thing or two from him.

So skape, then wouldnt you conclude then that Linehan is a son of a batch for bringing him here. I mean, if your going to be so nasty about it, why dont you start a thread about what a dip Linehan is. He is the reason he is here dude, so come on, let it all out my man!

Right now Gus and feeley look about even. So Why wouldn't we put in Feeley? He looks like he is picking up the offense more and more. He definitely will have more upside than gus.
I really don't want to continue w/ this same tired arguement. But it is sad how you say you will be behind any qb we put in, but then you show animosity towards Feeley whenever it is even suggested he is starting. Are you really behind whoever Saban puts in?

I also love how now that Gus is sucking, all the arguments given for feeley last year are coming out again. Classic.

How am I being nasty Gus, I am simply stating the truth.. You are the one making excuses for not having Randy Moss on the team, not me.. I like Linehan and I understand why he brought you here.. You are familiar with the offense and should help the others understand it quicker and should be able to operate it while the others learn.. The thing is, you simply do not look that good running a system you have known for 2 years, Gus.. You were Linehan's best option.. It wouldnt make sense to bring in another scrub who DIDNT know his offense.. Even though you will never be more than mediocre Gus, you were a better option than Chad Hutchinson or Jeff Garcia.. You were brought in here by default.
