Gus Frerotte sucks!!!

This isn't a gus bash, but I'm really curious...How does your QB false start?

And this is a bash, gus is just throwing it up and hoping for a prayer. The first drive i thought he was doing fine, afterwards not at all.

They are winning in spite of Gus. It's the defense winning this game.

Man Gus is making me wish we had Fielder back...and that's sad.

I knew it wouldn't be long for somebody to post one of those type of comments....I'm leaving this thread because I refuse to continue to watch another thread turn into a b*tch-a-thon about our QBs.

why do you take this so seriously phinz? You try to make this a message board soap opera. Cant people have there own opinions! We seriously need to find a new quarterback next year if this is the best we will see.
 
I'm not here to bash Gus, but from what I have seen from the No Huddle coverage just about every area on our team is playing well for the most part except our Quaterback position, and that's all Gus right now.

He comes across as having no control or confidence when he's back in the pocket and has over thrown his recievers all night.

It sucks, but it's the truth.

Screw it, I am coming back to the thread and clearing stuff up.


I am making the MB a soap opera? Screw that, you and your over anxious group of members that continue to b*tch week in and week out are making it the soap opera. Just be freaking glad we aren't getting our a$$es kicked like last week.

Last week, Gus was really bad, this week he comes back and adjust his way of playing and is keeping us from getting blown out by allowing the opposing team to continue to have their offense on the field.

I am sick and tired of always seeing tons of ___ sucks, ____ needs to be cut, its offical ___ sucks, and all those type of threads. Instead of looking for things to complain about, look for things to be happy about, like the play of our defense, play of our o-line, our RBs doing great on the ground...etc... So before you come out and tell me to stop doing a soap opera or whatever the heck you said, call up everyone that is complaining and go have a contest to see who can look an moron first with all the complaining they do.

Rather I get banned or not, you people need to freaking relax and accept the fact that its not as bad as the media wants you to believe.
 
I remember aj throwin a pick against the jags and he sucked because of it.
 
I can't believe I'm doing this....
But in defense of Gus, ever since establishing the run on the first drive the play calling seems to be pass heavy. Which it should be if we are evaluating QB's. During that first drive with Ricky running well, the offense had a rythym and Gus ran it well. But when forced to pass he just can't do it. That isn't much of a defense of Gus after all, but that is our QB situation...
If Saban has, as so many believe, already decided that Gus is the starter, he has got to be second guessing that decision tonight.

Yeap. Amazing isn't it? One bad play & these guys turn away faster than a 2 dollar whore on nickel night.

These guys bird dog Miami players & expect them to always perform perfect.

Ain't gonna happen.

LOL yeah he went 9 for 25 but hey they werent his fault.
