Don't confuse this debate with any facts, please....

He didnt, there arent any facts. Their are perceptions and opinions not facts. Contrary to what you keep telling yourself, opinions are not facts.

I would agree with the premise of the first post had Gus not been horribly inaccurate the last two games. He really has played this thing back into a controversy.

But the thing that I keep thinking, is that Feeley will too, because he really has not been going long, has not played with the first team, and we do not know for sure how he would handle the kind of pressure that Pitt brought. (Well I know, but many people do not see the mistakes that he makes). So I say, let it be, let it happen, let it come to fruition. If he truly knows the offense and has turned the corner, he wont make those mistakes again, but i still doubt it very much. And that is where losses could come in droves. We simply cannot afford to give teams 7 and 10 and 14 point spots. That is the one difference between the two at this point. Frerrote throws the ball away when nothing is there, AJ tries to be a hero.

I can't wait for the season just to start so I can root for anybody whos leading the team.

BTW, If anyone thinks that AJ has outperformed Gud by miles has no clue what they are talking about. Padding short **** with thrid stringers is no way to gaurantee that he has outplayed even Sage for that matter.

Anyone that says Gus has perfomed well over teh last three weeks has no credibility.

Maybe your right, cant say that wouldnt happen. The fact is tho, is that Gus has, not could or will, HAS. So you do what Saban is doing and see if either one can finally run with it.

theres no question gus should be the starter of aj. are we going to win a aplyoff game with either qb no, but gus us the better choice over aj. gus has experiance both in the nfl and in scott's offense. gus is more accurate and makes better decsions then aj. i like aj's heart but he isnt a qb and theres just another mistake or bad move by wanny, giving up a 2nd round pick for him when in fact you would be lucky to get a 5th rounder for him.

ricky and ronnie in the same backfield i dont know about you all but im excitited. ronnie is the furutre no question about it but ricky is getting better every game. what sucks is he will miss the 1st 4 games but im looking at it as giving him time to put back on his weight he lost and getting fully ready. plus it gives ronnie a stage all to himself with no one really challenging him for the job besides ricky. but come the 5th game of the year i expect to see ricky and ronnie both in the backfield.

david boston a healthy david boston should be a nice contribution to marty, randy and chris. usuing boston's speed and size should really help open up the offense.
Watching last weeks game on NFL Network, it was hard to watch Gus be the quarterback.

And cold hard facts can be interpreted differently by different people. Wierd, aint it?

Saban has given ferrotte every oppurtunity to win the Job and ferrotte has failed to grab it. Is he going to be the same on the Field when we have every oppurtunity to win the game?

He needs to have a damn fine game or give the Job to feeley...

That'd work for me, but what happens if he bombs and Feeley takes over with the same results? Where do we go from there?

Then it looks like Sage. Hopefully he signs Berlin to the practice squad or another quarterback just in case this happens.

because the same goes for Feeley. Feeley isn't a franchise Qb nor our Qb of the future. Why is it so hard for people to grasp this concept. Next year we will have either a solid QB acquired via trade or we will draft one.

The reason we cant grasp this...is because we have nothing to base this on..do you. Please back up your statement with some facts. Show me why you can definately make such a statement. So ..put your money where your mouth.
