Gus Will make the Pro Bowl

As every year begins, I am always the ultimate optimist. I see the potential, and understand the concerns we all have with the teams needs (OL, DB, etc). Yet, every year there is the team that comes out of nowhere to surprise everyone, and make a strong push into the playoffs, if not the Superbowl, (IE the Panthers 2 years ago with Delhomme at the helm).
Gus has been an effective QB in this league, and I feel has the Skills to do some great things. Unfortunately for him, and I'm sure many of us have felt the same way, he has just been in the wrong places at the wrong times, and never really been given the opportunity to really succeed. He has paid his dues, and been around the league, and will have a breakout Pro Bowl season (ala Rich Gannon). Rich himself was not considered the best of quarterbacks, until all the sudden he breaks out, and leads the Raiders to an unbeleivable season which will mark his legacy. I'm predicting Gus to have the same type of success, and turn in a season to remember for all Fin fans.

Somebody put a "stop-payment" on your reality check. I hear that Homerism can be treated by watching every Dolphins game and then following it up by watching games of other teams and waiting until all games are over before you start your daily alcohol consumption.

Jp has more potential to make probowl than any of your current qb's.

If he plays like he did in Minny, he will no doubt be a probowler! It is hard to believe he could play at that level considering our OL, but crazier things have happend. Dan never got a ring.
 
He has a better shot at it than Feeley throwin 11 of 16 completions for less than 6 yards

Minny was years ago. Hey you know what? Moulds caught for 1500 yards, he'll do it again just like Gus . Brunnel was a probowler and so was Bledsoe at one point in their careers. I guess they will all go to the probowl. :shakeno:

That word potential. That is a fancy way of saying that he has not proven squat yet. He is still the worst ranked qb of 04' and always will be. Feeley and Fiedler had better rankings than Loserman.:rofl3:
 
2 years ago! It was the last chance he had and he was great. If he is just a notch below Pep I'll take that and a s#!t bag called Loserman to itch his jock to boot
