Happy Ted Wells Day!

I honestly found the harrassment of the trainer and Player A more egregious than anything that happened to Martin...
Yup. That was bad. I mean boys being boys is one thing, but we're talking sexual assault criminal stuff here. It's just bad.

Biggest load of **** I have ever read. They reject the notion that it was all in good fun, but then turn around and say they dont believe Incognito & co. intended to drive him from the team or cause him lasting emotional injury? Isnt that kind of contradicting itself? Do I think Incognito is a good guy? **** no. Do I think that some of the **** went to far? Possibly. This **** happens in all football locker rooms though. High school, college, and NFL, if anyone cares to dispute that, then you were never part of football locker room. What I see is a troubled young man who couldnt take not only the rigors of NFL life, but obviously the locker room culture. Someone who himself stated he went along with most of it to try to fit in, instead of drawing the line in the sand and saying this **** ends now. He showed no backbone standing up for himself. The man is 6-5 312lbs.....you ****in man up and end it yourself or you go to the main man (Philbin) and he ends it. Yet another avenue to stop the "harassment" he did not pursue. I find fault with the report because as I read it I see pages upon pages of one sided content that was seemingly decided upon before player interviews were ever even conducted.

Either you're wrong, or that is one of the scariest things I've ever read. My kid plays high school football, and I hope to God he is not exposed to the stuff I read in that report.

It doesn't happen in all football locker rooms but it does happen in a lot of them.

As for your kid being exposed to that behavior in the locker room...you might never know.

The report says that Player A is no longer with the team. It isn't clear to me if he was with the team in 2012 or earlier 2013.
It struck me that the TEs that block with the O-line may have been part of that room. Fasano and Mastrud both did a lot of blocking in 2012.
The other O-line player in 2012 who is no longer with the team is Jake Long.

Not if the conclusion is that Richie and others were intentionally giving him a hard time in order to bring him into the fold.

Trying to read between the lines, I think it's clear that the NFL wants a result in which NFL locker rooms are brought up to modern workplace standards of behavior. That's something that many folks (especially around here) felt would be the inevitable result of all of this.

I definitely heard and saw worse stuff than what I read in the report in my high school locker room. And I'm not condoning that behavior, either -- quite frankly, I think it's pitiful. But that's teenage boys for you, and clearly a lot of football players are still teenage boys in terms of their overall level of emotional maturity.

It has already been established that Player A is Andrew McDonald, who is now with the Carolina Panthers.

Icognito is going to get suspended and it'll be a long one. Wouldn't be surprised if its the entire year. At that point he'll be a 33 year old G that hasn't played in a year and a half.
what about pouncy and jerry???

Why is the only name people keep spouting Incognito???

Im sorry, but no decent human being treats a team trainer that way. And what about the golf course incident? Ridiculous.

Still with the team Incognito thing I see. That clown is pathetic. I dont know how anyone can support him and his behavior.

Another Black Eye

It's bad enough we suck. And we do suck. We lost our last 2 games to average teams, and came out Flat and laid a egg against the Jets, to miss the Playoffs mind you. That really sucks.

Now this BS. J Martin is a piece of garbage quitter. Toughen up flabby arms. Cog is garbage too. Good Riddance.

Philbin has absolutely no credibility. Period. He is making Tony look good. He is garbage. He bombed on Hard Knocks, now this. It's over. We are not going ANYWHERE with this Dude, let alone the Playoffs.

The Biggest Joke on the Team, does not play, his name is Stephen "Orange Carpet" Ross. Dude is a Joke. I don't care if he is a billionaire, he is as queer as a 2 dollar bill.

I am embarrassed to like the Dolphins, yet I still do, and will...

But it is time to clean house. My wish list. Sell the team to Mark Cuban.

New Stadium, New Owner, New Coach, New QB, and maybe before this Decade is over, we will be back in the Playoffs. This regime it is not going to happen.
Disagree? Just wait until next year when we crap the bed again.

Woah, Jake really hated Jeff Ireland

Player B: Especially if u plan living in Arizona in the future, that’s
exactly what you want
Incognito: Yea. For picking off zombies
32
Player B: Lol isn’t that why we own any weapons!?
Incognito: That and black people
Player B: Mmm def all black ppl
Four days later, Incognito and Player B discussed rifle scopes in text
messages.
Player B: Yes. That’s a solid optic made specifically for a .308
battle rifle
Incognito: Perfect for shooting black people
Player B: Lol exactly
Player B: Or Jeff Ireland

I would take Cuban in a minute to own this team, we would be contenders within 5 yrs......
