Hartline: martin shared voicemail around lockeroom & laughed about it w team

Martin should have never been an nfl player. This guy a smart dude who wants money because he knows he'll be cut next year.what a pos this kid is. I have no words for all this shiiit going on. I will say this I luv cogs as a player and I fokking hate Ireland for being the biggest pos of them all.

Whatever happened to those texts from Incognito to Martin when this first happened? You know the ones where Incognito texted to see if he was alright, and Martin responded saying it's not his fault? How did that story get buried under all this negative BS circling the media?

I was not questioning your units METL or mission readiness as much as I was the sensitivity to "bullying" from a fellow brother in arms. Surely you understand that what the civilian world may recognize as bullying us leaders employ as tough love that builds character. I don't think it's a stretch to assume that the NFL which operates very loosely like a paramilitary organization, might feel the same way. We don't create mentally tough, mission ready Soldiers with cookies and milk. I've heard much worse things from DS's and 1SG's than Incognito 's drunk voice mail. Hell, i've said comparable things.

What Cogs did was child's play -- I mean freekin' diapers -- to the toughening and testing that goes on in some units.

And, truth be told, it has created some of the most elite fighting forces known in history.

Which, Congress and current U.S. Gov are doing all within their power to destroy. No accident that 200 officers (and counting) have been fired by the current Divider-in-Chief. Politically correct forces want to turn the military into a social engineering product. I've learned some inside directives that would chill the bones of every red-blooded American. Beyond sad. And the dominant media is 100 percent in this re-imagining narrative.

This thing w. Cogs is really reflective of a socially engineered society that is making it a crime to be a manly man.

isn't that the truth...

Where's Spesh now to come and explain why the big weirdo's mommy should come to her wittle boys rescue?

I was trying to track down Incognito's dad to get so i can hear more sobbing and excuses from his son. Sorry im late.

Laughing my ass off at those that think this is a silver bullet. What did this accomplish? Just gave more evidence that Martin felt pressured to conform to a standard they established.

If this were to go to court(it wont), a judge would give the physical evidence a lot more weight then some story about Martin gritting his teeth while smiling when surrounded by his those committing the crime.

He is still somewhere rooting for the team's demise. Too bad we are about to rise up and start bitch slapping teams and giving the media an "its right here" on our way to the playoffs!!!!

And Romney is going to win the Presidency.

Dont worry bro, i still believe that Tannehill will turn Tannebeast(wasnt that your original nickname for him?), even if youve changed your mind.

Well they had Antonio Pierce on today and he said he agreed with the players. He said he felt that Martin should have stood up for himself. Not fought, but worked it out with Incognito as that's all it normally takes

Yup saw that, and I appreciated his POV, but it just seemed like his voice was being ignored and talked over.

NFL Network's reporting here is interesting. They are the mouthpiece of the league, and they are trying very, very hard to present a balanced picture.

I think Roger Goodell's devotion to the league's revenue stream might really help the Dolphins here.

Hartline didn't say that. What he said was, as an off comment, if I remember correctly he laughed about it.

No, he very clearly stated that Martin had shared and laughed at the voicemail with other players.

Interesting, how so?

Because if you can place the blame on a dysfunctional relationship between two men -- who are members of the players union -- you can protect the NFL, the way the NFL is run, and the way teams go about their business.

Who knows what will happen? But I do think that the NFL has an interest here in making sure the entire Dolphins organization isn't imploded -- because 31 other NFL teams run the same damn type of ship.

Personally shows u the pure dysfunction in the NFL . The only good that will possibly come from this is that there will be rules so that no idiotic hazing or rituals involving others to pay for your food.

hazing sure, but i seriously doubt they can regulate who picks up a tab.
