The Jets don't have the $$$ and Pitt just doesn't give out to many big contracts.
I agree with the Jets and Pitt. KC has already committed a huge contract to Surtain and I don't see them giving another out to Law. Saban has a way of talking guys into his program. Not sur ehow he does it but it seems when he targets someone he has a way of persuasion about him. Who knows but I don't see Law getting 4-6 mil guaranteed. A team would be nuts to give him that. Another Miami plus is he is already familiar with the system so if he has a short camp which he probably will he won't have to learn a new system. I say it's NE or Miami for that reason.
