It has nothing to do with the "ATM" or anything else of that nature, it has to do with a one-hit-wonder band called the "C&C Music Factory" that was popular in the early 1990's. They created one hit dance song that played for what seemed like eternity before it finally died. The CC Touchdown Factory is just a play on words with regards to that group.
