Henne expected to make more than $4 million per season

I agree.....Henning supressed him and didnt groom him well. He showed signs of great improvement in the first few games and i would have liked to see him play a full season too before we toss in the towel.

I was one of the biggest supporters to allow him to prove himself last year without the the Destroyer of young QBs as his OC, and even though it was more injury then bad play that ended his season last year, he had to know that 2010 was amake or break season for him. Other then the Patriots game, he was not impressive in any of the otehr games.

It was break with Miami, because the Dolphins can't wait any longer, but maybe with wht he showed before he got hurt, it will be enough for another team to take him and pay him 4 mil. I wish him luck, as long as he's not with the Jets...LOL

I'd like to see if Henne can succeed outside of Miami. I always had hope for him with the Phins but it never materialized.

I'll always remember that Monday Night game against the Jets.  Just about everything else about Henne I'd like to forget.

LOL..funny you say that. I still have that game saved on my DVR. I watch it once in awhile when it's late at night and nothing else is on tv.

The real question is why do we care what Henne will be paid if / when he signs with another team? He is not going to be paid by the Dolphins, so what does it matter. Let it go.

For me, I wish him the best. He gave us his best when he was here, and did not cause problems or embarrass the organization with attitude or behavioral problems. Some of his issues at QB were not his fault (Henning & Lee) and some were. He tried and it didn't work out for him here. No hard feelings, time to move on. IF he get's 4 million from some other team...good for him. He seems like a nice guy. Just not the QB this franchise needed.
I echo your sentiments.

I wish I could be as bad at my job as Henne and get rewarded with 4 million dollars per year.

The man is a finished product. He'll never be anything more than he's always been, mediocre.

LOL, still saved on mine as well.  Haven't watched it in a while, but man that was a fun game with a happy ending.  Ronnie & Ricky, TGJ, Camarillo, Lousaka...how times have changed.

It would be amazing to be able to work a job that you suck at and get rewarded with a huge contract. Wouldn't it be great to make millions for being a poor performing employee? Only in the NFL.

Like Chad "Noodle Arm" Pennington?
