Henne is looking like the solution for the Miami Dolphins

Some of you guys are funny for sure... Saying Henne just played "decent" when he was 10/13 with the WR's having a couple of drops and the OL playing like pure garbage just shows that you will not admit that Henne is a good player or even had a good game no matter what the guy does. I can see it now, Henne goes to the pro bowl and people on this site are still screaming for the team to suck next season so the Phins can draft some unproven rookie the following year. I was a Henne supporter then lost confidence last season and when the Orton rumors started to fly I was all for that but Henne has looked good so far so what the hell... why continue to hate? I mean the best case scenario for the team is for Henne to turn into a good QB. Do some of you really not realize that?
 
I'll believe it when he does it when it's for real so to speak. Pre-Season is just practice.

But after saying all that, he does look like a different QB, to this point.
 
If you haven't seen the difference in Henne in this offense, and are still basing all of your opinions off of last year (when Dan Henning was mind-****ing him all year), then you should be required by law to stop watching football until you get a ****ing clue. I was all for upgrading Henne after last year- but it doesn't mean I'm not praying to God this kid is the answer, and that my instincts are dead wrong. Some of the Henne haters out there aren't Dolphins fans. They're wanna-be GM's who are more concerned with knowing more than the next guy than seeing their team win. The post from the guy who was at the game last night was one of the most idiotic rants I've ever read in my life.

I'm just not going to shoot my wad for a mediocre (at best) QB having a good preseason. But I know you want me to worship his ever completion.

And let's just say, hypothetically, Henne keeps playing like this into the first couple/few games of the regular season? What will be your excuse to hate on Henne then? Just curious- I mean, you have time to think of a few, and I'm sure you- and all the other blind haters who have their minds made up on Henne regardless of what he does- will.

Why am I blind hater just because I dont get a football b0ner when Henne leads us to PRESEASON success?

I think you made my point for me. If he does keep playing like this into the season (huge hypothetical because there's been no proof of this in the past), then I will have no excuse to hate on Henne. But for now, he's proven to be a losing sub-par QB in the NFL. I don't mind giving him another season, but I am of the opinion (and thats what is given typically on forums) that he does not have what it takes to get it done. If he does get it done, I'll eat my words. For now, I'll hold-off from getting wood during a couple of preseason games.

I have a reason to hate on henne because he has done nothing of significance for this team in over 30 regular season games. Henne homers have what reason to gush over him? a 93 passer rating in the preseason? LOL

If you can name another preseason where he has played this well with the starters, then I will glisten to you. Otherwise, you are so stubborn that you are incapable of recognizing improvement.
 
Henne is the only was the phins continue to progress right now, if he fails then they start over again, as a fan I dont want to do this, like him or not, it is in our best interest as fans that he can play

A good passer rating during the preseason is highly correlated to having a good passer rating during the regular season. The numbers were already posted by someone... CK, I think.

Lets see what Chad Henne looks like when is really counts, and the opposing team is game planning all week for his play.
 
Its crazy that the Henne Haters will find ANYTHING to complain about. Even crazier that they call themselves MIA fans! Will y'all f***ing wake up already damn! Hmmm let's just continue to hate on Henne and hope the phins do bad this season. Can't wait to get a rookie QB that comes in and saves the day. Get Real! Henne is our only way to get in the playoffs right now. Think Matt Moore is going to save us? Or maybe some mystery free agrent? NO! The guy throws 10 for 13 175 yds n a TD. While the oline completely forgot the gameplan. Plz save me the its just preseason. Maybe these guys didn't hear about the lockout. If these are PRACTICE games don't they hold more importance this year? Wouldn't we all be sh**ing bricks if we lost all these games going into Week 1 against the Pats? Instead most of the fans (said most) are fired up and ready to go. I don't know about y'all but I'm down with this new Henne showing some kind of improvement thing. Just saying.
