He may be the worst head coach in the NFL today (Mike Tice and him are fighting for that title). For him to be calling his shots and where he wants to go is a total joke. The guy is lucky to even have a job.

You must think the Jets have the most talenetd tam in the league then b/c he's been very successful here taking over under difficult circumstances. Let's remmeber that he inherited an old team w/ a few young players to develop and in year 1 he took a team of mostly holdovers that had underachieved and missed the playoffs the 2 previous years and guided them to 10-6 and the playoffs. The next year the D was gutted b/c of the cap and we had alot of new faces and won the division, after a bad year in '03 we re-tooled again and once again he won 10 games and we were a kick away from the AFC Title Game. 3 playoff appearances w/ almost 3 different teams so we must have had amazing talent to do that w/ maybe the worst HC in the league, right
