History of Successful Head Coaches

You know it would be nice if we could have some consistency at all positions including the coaching staff but THIS MIAMI DOLPHINS TEAM of 2006 still needs change. Not as much as before but some. This DOLPHIN TEAM is not like the NE team that BB inherited so I dont think its fair to compare NS's career thus far with BBs.

If NS trys to get some continuity on this team by keeping the coaching staff again another yr might not be such a good idea. MM, for example, has made our offense from last yr much more mediocre. Why MM was brought down here to be our OC after his stint in Buffalo, has me confused still to this day.

I actually thought he would be good due to the fact that the media was high on him as a coordinator (john clayton). I trust Clayton. He is a very good at what he does and when he gives certain players and coaches kudos I pretty much believe him.

I guess this time he was wrong. Hopefully next year wwill be different we just have to wait and see. I really hope MM does well next season.
