I did find this. Holland isn't in there yet, but it looks like a 4th-5th rounder as of right now. I'm assuming it will get lower as free agency continues.
Edit: Whatever we do get for Holland will be canceled out by Daniels (or someone else) anyway.

I can understand people taking shots and happy to see the player go but Holland went to a franchise that’s had a lot more success since he was born than the Dolphins.

Holland was my favorite up until last season.. you could tell his heart wasn't in it like previous years. Watch him return to his best version now that he's out of town. He certainly will be missed.

he’s talented af but didn’t give a f this last year and made a business decision to stay healthy best he could…
he’s a difference maker and will be missed…

That should be enough scratch for him to be decent again. That will last about a season until the next perceived slight happens, then he'll just coast through the rest of the contract.
A traffic cone would be an improvement.
