one of the slots are probably the likely candidate with landry here now...so gibby and mathews better ball out...as far as i'm concerned though hazels gonna have to really show in camp for me to cut one of the top 4 from last year

I think part of the reason we took 2 WRs is because we have 3 WRs coming off of injury in Hartline, Gibson and Binns and we have no idea how they will respond. I also think they may be looking to replace Matthews and possibly move on from Gibson and/or Hartline in another year.
 
If Matt Hazel can adjust from playing in a small school - a comparison I like for him is Marvin Jones of the Bengals.. Similar players in my mind.

i dont buy any of that stuff...the timing of it just after we draft a wr with a high pick makes for an easy story opportunity...maybe some of the iding coverage with mathews last year left some things to be desired...

it will be interesting to see how the pecking order in camp goes as to who gets more reps etc...can kinda tell if someones in the dog house i think early at least or the thought going in with how they line up...

anyways i think the hines ward comparison for jarvis landry is the most fitting one...

i doubt he will take trusnicks backup job...i dont see sam lb with tripp...he may take his specials job though...i dont really see another backup sam option on the roster...other than dion jordan if they had to...which i doubt is even in play...more likely trusnick goes out there again...
 
if we are gonna sign a mike to bring to camp for competition as a udfa i want james morris of iowa...him not getting drafted puzzles the hell out of me unless there's something i don't know

hmmm...thats interesting...did dion bailey even get drafted??? what the hell happened there...i dont recall seeing craig loston either...but my satellite went down due to weather for a while
