The admins usually have a short list of well respected members, and should a need to add a staff member arise then they will make an addition. Where are you from in Cali?:wink:

Right now, no one. We added JT and Crunch recently. For the most part we look for good posters that don't cause problems.
 
or you can always do what I did to get in. Get pictures of Wharfrat and Muck at the Christmas parties and then threaten to post them :yes:
