How do you react after Dolphins losses?

Slappy... Best Damn signature ever, dude.

I actually broke my thumb throwing something at the TV set back when the Fins lost to the Bills on MNF back in the early 80s.

I'm the only guy I know who has an injury from a Fins game (excluding opponents ) who never actually played for the Fins. Yes, I'm very proud of this accomplishment.

I get pissed curse, like a sailor and point out everthing wrong about the game and the team in genral.

thanks for making your sig big enough for me to see... wow

I pout and grump until Weds. or so, longer if it is the Jets

Man back in the day I used to get totally affected by Dolphin losses. I'd get mad, I'd get grumpy, and I'd get depressed. I'd hate reading the paper, or watching ESPN TV/Radio. I wouldnt tear things down, I'd just hate looking at them. I'd also try and refrain from wearing Dolphin gear, just to show they need to prove to me that they're better.

Nowadays though, things are better. I'm older, so I realize there's more to life then football. After last season, nothing matters. It got very comical and ridiculous. For the first time since I've had DirectTV, well for the last 4-5 years, I didn't watch every game. In fact, I did other things on Sunday I never knew existed. Shopping, yardwork, hanging out. On Sunday? Sunday is for football man!!!!! Let's get back to it

Phinz in 05!!!!!

I get REALLY upset and angry and usually leave my house and then for the next week I feel depressed especially since almost every "Football fan" I know are all bandwagon idiots who just see the score of games and go haha!!11 Dolphins Suck! go Patriots!, there all idiots.

i react like a women that's p.m.s.ing very moody !!!!! till friday when football talk starts to heat up again...

I really try not to get too upset although I think I'm a lot like the guys who avoid reading the papers and watching the highlight shows when we lose. Last season after about week 5 it was hard to really let the losses get to you but some of got to me anyways. That MNF game vs NE was the season. I can remember promising myself I wasn't going to get into that game no matter what. When NE went up 28-17 I had kept my promise and was actually happy that the fins had at least given the mighty Patriots a decent game. Then when Morris scored and made the game 28-24 they had me a little bit and when "Hollywood Handsome" Tommy Brady threw his 3rd pick I was hooked. If Miami had not scored after that or even worse if after they scored Brady led NE down the field for the winning field goal I'd have been crushed. Luckily it didn't happen.

Lot's of times I just try to think of the plays that pretty much did make or could have made the game.

One more thing, I really can't wait to get to the next game becuase one win erases it. It sucks losing before the bye week though.

Alot better now that I'm older, but when I was younger well let's just say I wasn't fun to be around.Last year was rough I actually reverted back to my youth during the first 6 losses.Btw the last time I cried yes shed tears was DM's last game against the Jags(62-7):cry:I felt so bad for Dan because he just didn't deserve to go out like that.

I'm very calm about losing. I try to play it off like i don't care. It does bug the hell out of me, but like a lot of us know, it is just a game.

i get mad and punch things. i yell at people outside the stadium. i drive fast on the way home in hopes that it will take my mind off losing. usually it doesnt and i just get home and throw a buncha stuff.

I totally agree with you about Dan not deserving to go out like that. On the bright side the last drive vs the Seahawks was one last shade of vintage Marino. I'm not sure many people rember how good he was on that drive. I sometimes wich that Seattle had driven dopwn the field and kicked the game winning field goal as time expired so we could have avoided that debacle.

However I take losing the close ones much harder than the blowouts. Blowouts are painful for about a half than you know it's over but the close ones really sting when you know the team is busting their *** only to get beaten at the very end. I hate losing the close ones.

I'd yell ****ING FIEDLER and pray to God that the Seahawks also lost so my dad couldn't rub it in.
