How does a QB go from his best game of career to poop the bed 5 consecutive games?

We got the new age version of David Carr, plain and simple..

Hopefully next year we get a QB with an aura around him alas, Marcus Mariota or pick up a veteran QB that can manage us into the playoffs because we do have the pieces to get into the playoffs now alas Carson Palmer type, our 5 main WR's (with the exception of yac-less Hartline) would be absolute studs with a BETTER QB working the opposing defenses on sundays.

We have an O-Lineman career killer at QB (and HC, if though I still think Phiilbin has the personality of a dead moth).

Our five main WRs absolute studs? Thanks for the laugh. Even the franchise tag wouldn't allow to tag them as WRs because a WR needs to catch the ****ing ball. Jimmy Graham is a better WR than what we have.

One other thing I want to point out, because I think our QB is going to get 13 more games as an audition for the next coaching staff: he is much better running an up-tempo, no-huddle type of offense than a slow, clock-eating attack. He just sees, feels, and reacts to the game better. He uses his legs more. Surely our coaches can see that? How can anyone not see that? And yet our offensive tempo might be as slow as I've ever seen it, as we give the defense time to line up, get their calls in, take a breather, drink a latte, and then pin their ears back or clog up the passing lanes for yet another short passing
This has become glaringly obvious and it is mind boggling that the coaches don't capitalize on it. It's almost as if they are setting Tannehill up for failure.

I don't understand why Tannehill is regressing. Maybe Lazor has overcomplicated things in the new Offense, but he looks slow and his accuracy has declined. There have been opportunities to mount charges in both of the last 2 games but he has shown zilch. Maybe Sherman was so predictable in his playcalling and over reliant on certain targets, to cover for some of Ryan's deficiencies.

Tannehill is regressing because he isn't a franchise QB. He lacks accuracy (can't be taught), pocket presence, and the ability to make things happen when a play is broken.
