How many fans are left? The begging has begun.

Ross is going to HAVE TO go get a fan favorite coach. Someone hard as nails and a showman on the sidelines. Media generator. Someone fans will flock to to come and see.

That coach will be a Gruden, and he will bring his brother too. GM, Brian Gaines. Dawn Aponte football Czarista.

I am not sure that would be enough unless that fan favorite comes with a clean sweep. Everything else would be seen as cosmetic changes and the placement of a figure head.

As evidenced by game attendance the last couple of games and stealing a line from the late great Al Davis "just win baby" and the fans will come. If Ross or anyone thinks getting a "fan favorite" coach is the answer he/she is making a big mistake. You could resurrect Vince Lombardi himself and if the team continues to be the Patriots little bitch attendance will continue to drop. Any changes made have to be made with long term team goals in mind.

As I have stated several other times I am all for making upgrades at any and all levels if its going to improve the team. In fact I would love to see upgrades made but what I don't want to see is a situation where people are fired without a clear cut long term solution on on the table.

LA Bound !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this sediment us pathetic. If I lived in Miami I would go to half the home games just to do my part to keep the team in town. I am not supporting anything other than keeping this team intact as the team I love regardless.

Another star****er hire? Like Nick Saban or Bill Parcells? Like the attempt to hire Jeff Fisher? It would be another disaster, another attempt at a short-term media bump and another long-term mistake. But it would be folly to assume Ross gets that. He's probably feeling the heat and he may feel compelled to make a move whether he wants to or not, and feeling that heat he migh feel obligated to make another splash hire, but attempting to lure Gruden and then failing, would be just as damaging to what remains of the brand as actually hiring Gruden and watching another Hank Stram to the Saints another Parcells to the Cowboys another Mike Shanahan to the Redskins scenario. Because that's what Gruden to the Dolphins would be, it wouldn't work.

LA Bound !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In order to move to LA, you've got to have a stadium to move to. The time line for that to happen in Los Angeles is 10-years and the person most likely to make that happen is Phil Anschutz and he wants to own the team and the league wants the $1 billion expansion fee. The chance of the Fins moving to LA? About the same as the chances of an asteroid landing in Biscayne Bay and destroying all life on earth.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I take full credit.

Yesterday on my way to the Stadium (the meet was at 3) Sherman was fired. While there I told my rep: I only renew if more changes are made. At least Ireland has to be gone. After the tour he slipped me a paper to renew. I said: I told you - more changes. I am not wasting money on the status quo anymore.

Though the tour was excellent. I actually got to see Club Liv as well.

When the news broke about 1 1/2 ago I emailed him: I am back in.
His response within minutes: Great. I call you tomorrow.

Yep, the excitement is back. :brewskis:
