First of all,I am an ex cop,a former Deputy Sheriff for that matter,and I have seen it all,and then some. And for what it's worth,comments like yours are about as idiotic as it gets !

You must have been a deputy sherriff in Mayberry or some place like that. And no, seeing Goober Pyle have a jack accident does not qualify as "having seen it all." You have to put this situation in context. In Mayberry, this can be bullying or harrassment. In the NFL it is almost standard operating procedure.

Well, this in the end is about a lawsuit. That is what is coming.

It should be obvious. So whether anyone wants to take sides, Jmart went into lawsuit mode. He didnt tell anyone he was having probs except maybe the dude who was bullying him.

JMart has a duty to talk to Philbin about what is going on. After all, he is totally responsible for all the players. So in that, he didnt exactly set himself up to win this thing except court of public opinion.

Because if he tells Philbin and nothing is done or changed, then he has a much better reason to leave and absolutely have the NFL in a corner. I reiterate, the NFL gets sued, not the Miami Dolphins. The Miami Dolphins are not the corporation, just a franchise of the corp.

I'm not sure if he neede to go all the way to Philbin but he sure neede to go to the NFLPA rep John Denney or Brandon Fields. They all needed sit down with and hash this out. Instead Martin behiaved like a 12 yr. old instead of manning-up. The NFL is a game of men, not boys. If you're not a man you don't belong there, PERIOD !

Here's where I really lose it; every ex-player talking bobble-head has done nothing but bash, bash, and BASH. They all know they were subject to and participated in, incidents far, far worse than this. But they have all towed the politically correct line. Check out page 41 & 42 of the report or search for "Judas" and see the information on being fined by teammates for pointing out during film study that the coach was in error on assessing who missed a block. Page 42 speaks on whether Turner instituted this or implicitly advocated this. I read as the opposite of what you are saying it appears that the OLine setup a system so they actually would not be accountable. Am I completely misreading the report?

There's no yin and yang here. Just because Incog may have been wrong, doesn't necessarily make Martin right.... or any less wrong for that matter. Martin's defenders want to look at this as all "black and white" when the reality in real life is that the amorphous gray matter between them constitutes about 80% of life.
