The biggest victims in all of this would be Miami Dolphins football fans.
Jon Martin has mental problems and handled things in an absolutely terrible fashion. Richie Incognito is a moron. Mike Pouncey and John Jerry are morons. Jim Turner is guilty of... uhm, I don't know. Reading the report the only really 'terrible' thing I see is the blow-up doll in the stocking. I'm sorry, but if that's the worst you've got... that's pretty pitiful. If anything, I suppose Turner is going to be a victim here when he gets fired in a day or two.
Based on what the report actually said about how Turner handled Martin's concerns, it sounds as if he acted correctly when Martin came to him for help. He pressed Martin for details of, tried to be supportive of him, and then immediately went to Joe Philbin.
I think that as contemptible as Richie Incognito is, and as stupid and juvenile as the Dolphins OL acted towards one another, Jon Martin is just as much of a turd as they are.

I said this months ago how inappropriate Jeff Ireland was and that was the tip of the iceberg of what he could be ****ing up in the background, because if he is dumb enough to ask questions like that who knew the depths of his ineptness was, i was shouted down....

In light of the golf tournament incident and what he put that asst. trainer through, I think the best word to describe Incognito is "predator." And now Miami is the 5th stop for him where he's no longer welcome.

Well, this in the end is about a lawsuit. That is what is coming.
It should be obvious. So whether anyone wants to take sides, Jmart went into lawsuit mode. He didnt tell anyone he was having probs except maybe the dude who was bullying him.
JMart has a duty to talk to Philbin about what is going on. After all, he is totally responsible for all the players. So in that, he didnt exactly set himself up to win this thing except court of public opinion.
Because if he tells Philbin and nothing is done or changed, then he has a much better reason to leave and absolutely have the NFL in a corner. I reiterate, the NFL gets sued, not the Miami Dolphins. The Miami Dolphins are not the corporation, just a franchise of the corp.

That is how i kind of feel who the hell cares, neither are going to be on the team next year. Move on and bring some different guys on and i bet by the end of next year nobody will be talking about this.

Guess you missed the part of Turner pressuring Martin to make a statement to clear Incognito and Turner starting the snitch fine shirt in meetings. Great coach that Turner much more important to fine the guy who points out who actually missed the assignment. No wonder our line sucked ass!

I don't blame Turner for asking Martin to 'do the right thing' and speak out to clear Incognito's name. That's a natural human reaction and probably an honest one. For the latter part, I don't really see what that has to do with destroying the man's reputation as a human being. That should harm his reputation as a football coach. He's not a good coach.
Turner deserved to be fired for performance, but instead will be scapegoated for this mess. You may think that's fine, but based on what I've read I don't think Jim Turner deserves that stain.
I feel WE are all the real victims here... It's amazing to me that something this trivial is what we talk about and what consumes our conversations for months...
With that being said... Regardless of the behavior Richie or anyone else for that matter took part in or was a part of... This report seems very biased and has been worded in a way that seems contrived to allow the "Victim" to seek legal damages IMO. Just based on this alone I think this entire report is garbage and looks to show a complete conflict of interest by this so called "Independent Report".
