Picking a few games out to help your agenda is garbage. They also lost to the Bills, Browns, and Lions at home with the playoffs on the line. We were crushed by the Pats with our so called head coach, who people here call a great motivator, and players coach's job on the line. They tried to replace him and failed, and looked like fools. They tried to replace the qb, and failed again. Believe what you want, but this team has one foot in the gutter and the other on a bananna peel. They come out struggling, and this season could get ugly real quick. I hope not. I would like to see this team turn the corner, but i wouldn't count on it. Reality !!!
I am not the one with an agenda here pal. I have an wide open view of this team and have been right on most of my predictions.
I predicted last November that Sparano would not get fired and would receive an extension at the end of the year. Everyone called me crazy and "unrealisitc". I was right in the end.
I said before the draft that Mallett was not worth a 1st round pick while most here were falling head over hills to take him at #15. I was attacked for my views. He went in the 3rd round, again I was right.
I said during the lockout that Henne was likely going to be the starting QB this upcoming season, though I had also said I was hoping for an upgrade(Palmer or Orton). People said there was no way Henne was going to be given the job and a replacement would be brought in. Palmer retired and the Broncos' demands for Orton were way to much. Henne is now entering the season as the starter. Again, my "unrealistic view" turned out to be right.
Now I am saying I expect this team to win 9 or 10 games and LIKELY be in the playoffs. Let's see if my "unrealistic" view turns out to be right. I do have history on my side.
