How many teams need a QB

David Carr??.. really. i have heard nothing but good things about him. hes the real reason that team wins at all.
I've heard different, but it's all speculation anyway, I think he's pretty good myself.

Harrington is on the bubble, this is his make or break year. Same with David Carr.

I agree on Harrington. Mooch has no confidence in him and if he doesn't do anything he's a bust. Carr on the other hand won't be going anywhere.

WTH? Cardinals, will, but they wont pick one in the first round. Browns got Frye and Harris. Ravens, Boller has gotten set-up with Fassel and Nueheisel, so if he dont perfrom, they will definetly get one. But, they will be picking in the 20's, more then likely 26-28th. So, they are out. Tennesee, big time. They finish dead last. They will have 1st choice. Dallas? They got Drew Henson. If they dont use Drew, that is just another "proof" Parcells prime has past him in the NFL.

Cardinals could very well go QB in the first round.....Warner is not a long term answer and may not even be in the short term. Josh McCown is certainly not a reason not to take a 1st round QB.

Cleveland could as well for the same reasons. (insert Dilfer for Warner, and Frye for McCown).

I agree on the Ravens.

As for the Cowboys, the ONLY they would pick a 1st rnd QB next year is if Parcell's retires after the season. Not because Drew Henson is the answer, because he's been horrible so far, but because Fattie isn't pantient enough to deal with a rookie signal caller. And as for him not going with Drew being proof that he's passed his prime.....will you still say that if they go 10-6 and win a playoff game without using Henson??

David Carr been great for Houston.

The Texans could use a real RB, though.

It'll be a shame if Mcnair retires and Tenn. hands the job to a young passer without giving Volek a chance. Volek is better than Mcnair at this point IMO.

They have one, can't think of his name at the moment, he is good and just signed an extention.

The RB is Domanick Davis, but he is not really an everydown back. He has decent stats at the end of the year, but he never seems to actually do anything during the game. It's kind of like looking at Morris and saying he was better than Ricky becuase his ypc was 4. The Texans would benefit if they had someone bigger and used Davis like the Eagles use Westbrook, or at least try to when they have someone else to take carries.

I think that Tennessee will have the number 1 pick next year, and they will definitely take Leinart. .

ummm... what?... sorry, not to get too far off topic here, but i really don't see Tennessee as being the worst team in the league, guys... take another long hard look at their starting lineup....

let me rattle off a few names: McNair, Henry, Calico, Hopkins, Olson, Kinney, Bennett, Haynesworth, Bullock, Sirmon, Packman Jones, Hentrich...

if you honestly believe San Fran. and Cleveland are better than the Titans, please sell me some of what you're smoking... :goof:

I like Kyle Boller, I think he's gonna be a decent QB, and finally has some weapons to throw the ball to on offense. My guess is SF probably ends up with the worst record in the league and a bidding war happens for Leinart.

I don't see Tennesee as being the very worst, but I won't be surprised if they are one of them. They have some good players, but they have lost a ton of talent and a starting WR tandem of Calico and Bennett is going to scare nobody.

They will all need QB's by next season IMO. With us at the top of the list!!!!

Green Bay just got Rodgers!

Tennesee will take Leinhert most likely.

David Carr has gotten progressivly better every year, stats-wise, while being pounded into the turf again and again. He's durable, tough and, young. Why would he be on the bubble? You can't throw from your back. I may be wrong on the statistics, but, I believe last year was his best in the NFL. Even if it wasn't, he's not on the bubble.

Harrington, on the other hand, is.

if calico can stay healthy he'll surprise, hes big and fast, he could be good if he can stay on the field...
