How Many Wins in 2013 was Ryan Tannehill Responsible for?

wow that is impressive! it must have been the OL's fault that he failed vs. bal to tie despite the D scoring a late TD, throwing as RZ INT vs. Buf then fumbling to set up GW FG then failing to get it back- all OL's fault. It was also the OL's fault when the D scored a TD in an OT game then recorded a safety for the win, also must have bee OL's fault when he threw that pick 6 at Pitt and when leading the O to 7 pts COMBINED against 2 ,mediocre/bad team to end the year needing just 1 win to make the playoffs. It was all the OLs fault!

Yeah you got the Jets were a bad football team right but the Buffalo Bills played a ton of tough games and were a solid football game defensively. They hung in there with a lot of good teams.

You being the export at least in the AFC east you portray, you cant be missing how good a football team the Bills were, they scrapped it out with a lot of good teams this season including beating Carolina and Baltimore.

But I'm sure you knew that. Also in the fluke game in the season finally was over when Hartline got knocked out

Are you a coach, scout, or GM, and do you use the same kind of tape they use for these kinds of evaluations?

I've played my whole life and I now coach at the high school level, db coach at my old high school.

Yes watching tape is what we always did/do.

You've already dismissed the game vs. Pittsburgh with your multitude of excuses. The only game I'd say the defense won was vs. Cincy. They literally won the game on a safety. Aside from the disaster in Buffalo, the Cincy game was the only game all year where Tannehill didn't throw a TD.

I don't look at a QB as being the sole reason a team wins. You discredit Tannehill because Daniel Thomas had a long run. Or because a team's defense sucks.

Instead of attacking me how about you present an intelligent argument to counter my argument?

ok and in 12 of the 16 games he had at least 1 TO. Ryan Tannehill was the biggest reason you didn't make the postseason. Your D was very good most of the year and he had the weapons to compete in the pass game.

I don't look at him as the sole reason you lost but he was the biggest reason.

The D didn't win the Cle game where they shut down the Browns? the Colt game where they shut down the best 4thg qtr QB in the game in a close game? SD where they held them to 16 pts and stopped them late? Pitt where they ended that game despite a Ryan pick 6?

The Bills were so good they finished in last place.

By the way, go back to the preseason thread where I said I thought Buf could surprise this year. That they weren't a bad team and would battle w/ you guys for 2nd, I was wrong as we finished in 2nd but you get the point.

We lost Chris Ivory early in that game who was our most important offensive player yet we found a way. No excuses on the Hartline injury.

we don't need stats to tell us, he was a key in the Atl and NE wins, other than that your D pretty much led to all the other wins.

Well, if you are not paying attention to the Dolphins games because your too busy watching another team...yea, I guess that would be your GUESS.

So says the biggest fan of the biggest turnover machine..... Man you look foolish.

Mark was horrible in 2012 but he didn't have Wallace and Hartline to throw to either and by the way he turned it over at least once in 12 games that year too.

I saw enough of the games. All I keep seeing is you guys attacking me, how come no one is presenting an actual argument why he was the key in more wins?

Are you on crack? He had the same number of turnovers in 2011 as 2012 and MORE INTs in 2009.

Because he was the majority of the offense. If you look at % of offense between rushing yards and passing yards or by rush plays or pass plays, it is obvious.

Well....so...Alex Smith pretty much wasnt responsible for any of KC's wins?
