How's everybody been?

Mr. Tessler, great to have you back! I hope business is well.

I'm a professional journalist, so if you're ever looking for somebody with some knowledge of PR and writing, I'm your guy!

Do you have any clients currently who are trying to get a new contract or are looking through free agency for a contract? If so, what's that process like this year? Any favorites/not favorites to work with as far as negotiations are concerned?

Wow Brett, great to have someone with your experience on the boards.

I'm doing good, just hoping for a good year for the Fins. I'm excited to see what Tannehill brings to the table this year; I am optimistic- which is warranted, considering the circumstances!

All the best for you and your players in '14 !

I've seen better days. Got arrested for possession of marijuana, paraphernalia, and an owi because I turned too wide and was in the left lane a little bit. Not into oncoming traffic, no other cars around, just a cop looking for a reason to pull anyone over.

Your not the only one who has been screwed over by the police. I got mj paraphenilia and now have to wait until after I get the charge expunged before I can apply for my electrical apprenticeship and I have a son to take care of

Bro, how you been? The best double pump jump shot ever! AHS turning into a sports power house these days unlike when we played there!

Brett, how many draft eligible guys are you representing this year? Also, professionally speaking how was it dealing with Ireland as a GM vice other GM's?

Cullen

What's up Cullen... Always good hearing from you brother! I'm representing 7 new guys for this year's draft, and I had an easy time dealing with Jeff Ireland. I go way back with Jeff... He did some really good things during his time here, and while not perfect he left the team in much better shape than it was handed to him when Parcells left a few years back.

I agree that there has been some improvement, but there had to be change. Social interaction, accusations in line of questioning, players complaining who signed elsewhere, and the rift between him and Philbin was just too insurmountable for him to continue as GM. Crazily, IMO he has been our best GM, but thats not saying a whole lot because we have failed at drafting since the 70's minus the great JJ defensive drafts in the mid to late 90's.

Best of luck with your guys, they are lucky to have you. If you are ever in the San Diego area after March 14th I'd love to see ya bro! I finally am done with my long 3 year tour in Honolulu, Island Fever got to me!

How does the current cap increase, as well as those projected in the next two years, affect players, agents, and teams in their dealings, as opposed to the stagnant cap of the past few years?

It's obviously a tremendous help to teams in cap trouble like Dallas and Washington, and it gives everybody else more flexibilty to be more aggressive in free agency. From player and agent standpoint, higher cap increases means more $$$ for us.

Oh I watched that ESPN one... they sure tried hard to tell you how disgusted McDonald must be with the fins lol

No kidding... Bob Ley was a total douche. Don't ask me to come on your show if you're not willing to accept what I'm saying.
