Yes, we all lost power about the same time this morning

They are nice but they only work for winds up to 130 I believe so you still might need shutters for a bigger storm. I hate shutters though cause you have no clue what is happening outside. I keep checking my cars outside but have to open my door to do it.

Impact Hurricane Shutters have to be Cat 5 rated. At least in our area. The buildung department would not issue a permit otherwise.

Center heading due north on radar. Not much west movement left it at all. Extrapolated movement would place a landfall on Everglades City, just east of Naples.

Seriously while everybody buys big ticket items on Black Friday, i buy 20000 mah power banks for $10. Got enough juice to charge the cell phones at least 40 times.

They were earlier but with the winds being consistent 40 mph i doubt they are fixing anything mechanical outside. Possible they can troubleshoot from the power grid.

Got about 12 18650 batteries charged up for my vapor too. I'm good. Having a cloud session over here.
