I Can Now Say The Dolphins Do Not Have A QB.

I have always said Ryan Tannehill is a below average QB. But he has gotten from bad to worse. He is becoming very irritating to watch. Rich Gannon sounds irritated by him too. I am confident that when the new HC comes in we will have a new QB as well.

LMAO you got no thanked EIGHTY FIVE times just from this post alone. I think your "opinion" on Tannehill has officially became invalid. :)

Who are these scouts and analysts? How do you know that most of them doubt the guy?

Because I've read their reports. I already posted about it a few pages back. There was even a thread on here earlier this year about how one scout said that Tannehill had the potential to be "at best" a top 15 QB. I mentioned that in the post.

Look I know you have an agenda and thats fine, but can you give credit when it's due without the little passive aggressive jabs?

So if someone disagrees with you or the consensus here, they have an agenda? You accuse me of being passive-agressive when you write the above. That's called projection. The last thing I am is passive aggressive, I don't write my posts with smugness or a **** eating grin.

Look, I can give Tannehill credit and am glad we beat the Jests but I am still skeptical about his outlook. The Bills, Pats, and Bucs games still leave a bad taste in my mouth and a bad mark on the this season especially when those games might end up costing us the playoffs. We can't pretend like those games didn't happen.

How do you blame the Bucs game on Tannehill??

I don't think anyone has been as critical of Tannehill as I have. That being said I am highly encouraged by the way he's been playing lately. He's improving despite atrocious line play, small targets, and a senile coaching staff. I'm pleased.

I forgot that these scouts are infallible. Give me a ****en break.

Because these scouts are infallible... Also I am waiting for you to prove that most of them feel this way.

He is good at slants across the middle & not so good at fades or deep balls. If he would run more often he could move the chains but he will get forced into the open and for some reason either throw a UN-catch-able pass or get tagged where he stands.
Remember the 4th & Goal play at the 1? They call a time out then send RT out to throw a corner fade A CORNER FADE .
Not even close to being successful.

Here is the truth on all the QB bickering on FH (which is not new btw)...RT is not as bad as many think BUT RT is not as good as many think. RT is who he is and that is a QB who is directing a .500 team with a offense that is tough & frustrating to watch. He is not a fantastic QB but he is not hot garbage either. Id say there is about 3 more season left for him to prove his worth in Miami. He will either polish up and be here a while or he will be a backup in Indy in 4 seasons. The Jury is out...

Anyone who watched last night's game gets a glimpse at a 2nd year guy who is a franchise QB. Russell will be winning for years to come. He makes smart decisions, moves out of the pocket when he has to, and leads his team. He has the "it" factor. He makes plays, gets it done.

Tannehill doesn't do that. Any QB worth his salt would've never put up 6 points Sunday, first half. The score should've been 28-0 in the first half. The guy misses wide open deep balls like the one where Hartline had to come back. Misses open receivers, misses the ability to scramble for chunk yards, takes too many deer in headlight sacks.

He played better in the 2nd half but he's so inconsistent, and to top it off the whole "go, go go" stuff makes it tough to take him seriously. Can you imagine a Brees, Rodgers, or any franchise QB using this pop warner snap?

If you put Tannehill on the Seahawks they would be just as good if not better than they are. Russell doesn't have to do very much because the rest of his team is good. All you are looking at is they are winning. Take a look side by side at both of their numbers.

I got a lot of No Thanks and negative comments on Tony Sparano in 2009 too.

You must not like Andrew Luck then huh?

He's been ****ty this season.

Are you kidding me? Have you not seen Russell consistently hit his receivers in stride for big gains? Receivers have to adjust and come back every time for Ryan's throws because they're rarely on the money or in a spot to allow YAC

Luck has been pretty mediocre the last few weeks but he has made enough plays to get his team to the 3rd seed and a 2nd straight playoff appearance. Ryan is still under .500 for his career and 0 playoff appearances. He's had better defenses than Andrew too.

Brady's stats vs. Jets this year:

vs Jets: 19 for 39 185 yds 1 TD (Rating of 71)
at Jets: 22 for 46 228 yds 0 TD 1 INT (Rating of 53.5 and team lost)

Your move....

its too early to give up on Tanny, but it would be wise to draft a QB next year. Perhaps spend a 4th/5th rounder on a guy with some potential
