Those final candidates have both had success in the NFL!!! You have to know a little something about football in order to even coach in the NFL, let alone have success at the OC position. Yes, I will give you that they are not the big name that everyone wants to see brought in but is that really a bad thing. I want a coach that wants to come here and make a name for himself and not one that is after a bigger paycheck... To be successful you first have to be given a chance...
