I hate to say it but...

To me, if he was sold on the Dolphins or Rams, he would have already agreed to be the head coach for one of them by now. He isn't sold on either job.

I think there is some truth there. Perhaps he may decide the fire in the belly to coach is just not there anymore and not coach at all. Then again, the idea of working with Luck if the Colts take him may appeal to him.

The man is considered one of the most respected coaches of all time, and if he really is biding his time for the Colts job WITHOUT telling either the Rams or the Dolphins, then he will lose some of the respect he has earned.

If Fisher and the Colts were to be a pair, I doubt the Colts would have hired a GM first. The real issue IMO is he is not really sold on either the Rams or Dolphins. I think it is time to move on.

with all of this crap going on, i think they should just hire bowles or the defensive coach of cin. it is so important to maintain credibility and respect in any buisness! going out like a chump 2 yrs in a row getting punked by coaches makes you look incompetent!!! even if they do get fisher, is it really justified to give him 8 mil a year, GM powers? you basically having to force his hand to come here? if you have to force someone to do something, it means that they do not wanna do it. this has the smell of a saban part 2!

FISHER IS NOT GOING TO THE RAIDERS!!!!!!!

my god people, didnt anyone read the article on "did we interview the wrong greenbay assistant"? it pointed out that if and when reggie mckenzie gets a gm position, WINSTON MOSS will be his head coach.

several other writers/insiders have said the same thing over the last week.

winston is with the packers who are in the playoffs and most likely headed for the superbowl so thats why the raiders havnt named a coach. it has NOTHING to do with fisher.

and if this contract rumour of 8 mill a year and full control of personel INCLUDING THE GM on a 5 year deal is true, the colts are not going to pay that. and i dont blame them.

but fisher IS NOT going to the raiders. thats winston moss's gig.

The longer this drags out, the more plausable this becomes. I can see him being introduced as the new Indy HC on Monday with the announce ment coming during the playoff games over the weekend.
