First, we must have seen a different game....Although I will agree he does look at his receivers too long, and his pocket presence sucks, I think he can get better. He showed a couple of nice throws before he was taken out. There is no harm in trying to see this preseason what he can do...we know what gus can do. AJ did look better last night as he completed the passes he could have besides the lame duck to chambers and the pass DT had.

Secondly, don't think you can use words like comprehend and think you are a genius. Use a different word. Try a thesauras. Talk about literacy, can you comprehend?

Third- I didn't try searching for your one nice comment about AJ. It is like finding a needle in a haystack. I have better things to do. I read most of them though along with your sig. I am sure your posts elsewhere are similar. I know where you stand. Feeley sucks...go phins. Nice

I am not saying you are on trial. I am just sick of feeley haters already. Its as old as ricky weed jokes. let the preseason play out. I believe that you are a fan. But it irks me how you think the season is over if he is named starter.

But its not only about optimism and pessimism, its about what you see when you watch and break the game down. When your player is flawed you need to hope for improvement. When improvement doesnt come at all or fast enough you get annoyed and down on the team or player which is where i am right now on aj.

Why does the word "prissy" come to mind when I see Feeley play?

For such a good arm...the guy refuses to "try" to make the tough throw...he seems to want to take all the easy stuff.....grow some balls AJ.

He has horrible feet in the pocket and he won't freakin step up into it.

If he throws another pass off his back foot...I will personally go down to the field and slap him.

I think inFINS and myself believe very differently what we watch but are both passionate phin fans.

What game were you people watching? Feeley sucked? The guy looked better than last year. He had one bad throw, four good ones and one great one (the Derrius Thompson pass was beautiful - over the safety's head and under the CBs- picture perfect other than DT dropped it.) He had one play in the pocket that he may have been able to something. Feeley showed touch, he looked off his receiver at least twice and he had no picks. He has definitely improved in both locking on and getting touch on his passes.

Frerotte on the other hand looked good, played the system with the five and eight yard passes. That wounded duck to Chambers is not the type of pass I would get excited about. He did show command of the offense on the other hand and Finfans should be happy about all of our QBs play last night. Anybody ripping Feeley's performance last night knows squat about the game
