I have changed my mind....If Feeley Starts...I will kill myself.

It seems like everyone has taken a side here. Feeley, or frerotte. I am one that will let saban decide. I am pulling for both guys, and i hope its a good intense battle. Saban knows the pros and cons of both QBs, and i am a firm believer that he will make the right descision when it comes to this.

In Sections defense Infins, while Feely's play wasnt bad, the fact is he didnt sustain any meaningful drives in four attempts in the first quarter. Sure its the first game. And sure hes still learning a new system. But more than pocket awareness or happy feet, Im looking to see how the guy is able to lead the team downfield. Thats the only litmus test that interests me.

We'll see if he fares any better on Saturday.

There is no sections defense....those are HIS words, he said this to stir the *h**.

And for the record, it wasn't AJ's fault that we didn't sustain any drives, he did his part.

And also, I'm not going through this again today....if you want to argue about it, argue with the 50 posts I made yesterday.

Taking a snap, dropping back, and throwing the ball is a fundamental aspect of being a "quarterback". It's not like last night was his first time running those plays, throwing to those receivers, being in front of people, or standing behind that O-line. After 5 years he still has happy feet, still stares down receivers, still chucks the ball when pressure is on (screen play last night!), and still gets hurt!!

Perhaps true...but what about ferrotte, he's had 11 years of breaks...and he also has proven over and over again that he cannot get the job done !

I did post that to stir up some ****.....

But My opinion still stands.....I am "uneasy" at best with our QB situation...to the point where I think that QB might be a priority next season.
 
"Might be"?? It is. We need a damn franchise QB to give the entire rheins to from minicamp to starting the regular season. With no question about who the #1 is or trading starts in preseason. We have put up with this crap for the 6th year now. We cant expect a Dan Marino again, but for the love of God a David Carr, Carson Palmer, or Drew Brees type QB would suffice. One who has shown the ability and can start, just waiting to put it all together and peak.

yeah Carr, Palmer and Brees are really mediocre QB's...do you know how much money these guys are being payed...like i have been saying....give AJ one full year....I trust Nick's thinking...if Gus starts we need a QB in say round 3 or 4 but AJ starts and does great we need no one...

Regardless of what the situation we wont need a Matt Lie-hard...or someone in the first two rounds...its not THAT bleak that we have to dish out half a billion dollars to a QB,

After reading your post that was the first thing I thought of, because it made no sense.
