If Tony's going to be run out of here at the end of the season, unless a miracle happens, which would be his own fault.....how do you go into a must win game against the Browns get in the red zone 6 times and come away with only 16 points, have the lead with 3 minutes left and let Clevelands horse**** offense march down the feild on your rested Defense and score the TD they need to win the game......... If I am losing confidence that he can do the job imagine what the players are thinking.......
I am looking more and more at Rob Ryan and the job he is doing in Dallas, he uses his personal well, he is an x o guy who puts his players in postion to make plays.....and his blood line screams Defense......
He has turned that D into a very good unit in 8 weeks of practice will limited talent in the secondary....when someone on this board mentioned him as a candidate I was thinking it was a bad move because we would be doing so based on his twins success......Now I see what he brings to the table.....
He is intense and his defense is prepared, there are still mistakes being made by his unit but they are unpredicable and know how to get off the field.......His Defense last yr gave Belicheat fits while he was in Cleveland and did a great job against the Jets, with very limited talent
I think we need to keep an eye on this guy, him getting the chance to HC in the division against his Bro would put us in the driver seat to hire him
I dont want the safe pick of Cowher or Gruden......very rarely does a coach have success after leaving one team to join another especially after leaving the league for 4-5 yrs......they cost to much, want to much power.....time to find the next super star in the coaching ranks.....
Right now I am liking what I see in Rob......
