Vaark, your making me feel real guilty..

I have never seen the phins in Dolphins stadium..Only went to the orange bowl once, Saw the Canes...Super excited about being able to see my canes up here in cuse town in a few years..

Anyway I wanna learn how to support My Miami Dolphins like you.

So, Buy me first class airfare..Jet Blue would be nice, I heard they got Tv. Also I wanna stay in a really nice hotel.. Something posh and beautiful. I want Dolphins vs Jets tickets 50 yard line, no nose bleeds..Autographs with Dan Marino would be nice as well..after that I wanna eat at Shula's Steakhouse. Clubbing with JLo after dinner would be a must as well..Throw that in. Think of it as one of the perks of being in the Blue Man Group.

So make it happen Vark. If you cant, I guess I would take tickets to Gator day vs the Broncos. Staying at your house would not be bad, I hope your wife can cook :thanks:

I'd never say South FL fans don't deserve a franchise. I would've moved down there years ago if I could, things just didn't materialize for me that way.

Someone who's never gone to a game in Miami doesn't have the right to say anything about the fans. If you have gone down there though and are from outside FL, do you have more of a right? Absolutely. The thing is, people will state numerous ideas as to why the fan base is fickle or why the stadium isn't as great as people expect it to be. Is there a true answer for it all? Probably not.

Considering I have a few jerseys, t-shirts, 8 hats, sweatshirts, a sticker on my car, 2 ****ing Dolphins tattoos and was down there last week for the game, I think Vaark would appreciate my fandom.

Did you become a fan as a Marino bandwagoner; do you like Dolphins, or was it merely the orange/teel uniform equivalent of bright shiny baubles that attracted you?

From what you've revealed about yourself to this point, calling anyone a "joke", especially someone who's been ripping you a new one... is as clueless as Paris Hilton labeling Mother Theresa a "slut."

Oh, for the record, once you start an insulting, uninformed, provocative thread in the main forum, you have no right, let alone ability to prevent anyone from taking your BS to task. It is your prerogative to start it, and my right to point out the hypocrisy bread from the lack of traction you personally have when calling lifelong fans out.

I've been a fan for almost 35 years now. How about you? You haven't ripped anything. You haven't got the testicles for that one. All you have done is continuously made yourself look like an idiot. I have a right to my own opinion whether you like it or not. That doesn't make any of us wrong. You've continued to lose your cool in this post (and continued to reply), yet you tell me that you could give a **** what I think. Again, you are a joke.

As far as "perception being reality," hell, you're a regular Baghdad Bob.. 4 games in 35 years? Wow. Would that be about one whole game every 9 years, and in all that time no Orange Bowl or Joe Robbie? Well, I can see where you're coming from now.

FWIW, my uncle took me to my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd games in a single year long before that, when a team that was gonna end up 4-10 was not so easy to root for as post-Perfectville. I watched them lose to the jest, I think get shut out by KC and thrilled to Griese throwing 3 or 4TDS vs the then Boston Patriots. But you think I don't deserve the team, eh?. LMAO.

Again, when will you be leaving the comfort of your lazyboy and remote behind to get down here to show us unappreciative lifetime fans how to really support your team? IMO, it can't be too soon.

I'm not upset that fans aren't spending money. I recall stating that I would support a move. I have stated numerous times on this thread that I have no issue with the fans and their choices. I would, however, understand the logic in the team moving from Miami based on the lack of fan support. I don't believe that winning will cure it all. I have been a fan for a long time, and I have seen empty stands through plenty of it.

Wow. Your uncle took you. I'd bet that set you back quite a bit of money. You were a kid. It cost you nothing. Don't try to take credit for the cost of tickets that you did not pay for during a bad season. You were probably excited to go because you were more than likely young. Correct? You do show your true colors now, Vaark.

its funny to me that you guys even sweat this who cares what someone else thinks, i agree with vark that you cant come and put people on blast and then get hostile when someone defends their own opinion of the subject matter.

but this is just one of those threads that isn't even worth arguing with people over, no one is going to change another persons mind by typing a bunch of stuff that the person your calling out is either not even going to bother reading or just misconstrue your words to make his point sound more valid.

oh and using CAPS LOCK to get your point across wears off when your using it every other line. OK!!!


for real though, we're all upset that the team isn't performing well. on the bright side WVU plays LSU this weekend.
