Picks 10, 11, 12, 13 are Bills, Chiefs, Seahawks, Cardinals.

An argument could be made that all of those teams could pick a QB. I really feel like one of those 4 would take him before the Dolphins would pick at 14.

I agree with you. If Ireland / Philbin want Tannehill bad, they will take him at 8. They will not risk losing him by trading down IMO.

Knowing that, and if they did trade down, would be a likely indication that Tannehill was not their guy and likely Sherman was not vying for him, similar to the Flynn Philbin situation where the Dolphins "whiffed" on Flynn according to the "experts" at BSPN

Not so sure. Bills just tied up alot of $ into Fitzpatrick, same with Cards and Kolb. Seattle just picked up a guy they like. I def can see the Chiefs aking a move, they prob have enough of a sample on Cassel at this point.

Either way, whether its any of these teams or not, Cleveland can jump back up there using #22 and a 2nd or a future 1st, or some other combination.

we should totally trade down then if thats the case.... I dont see the crazy hype about tannehill.... hes not that good guys. Yeah we need a QB but he is not the guy and is not worth a top 8 pick. Trade back pick up an extra 2 and 4th or 5th and pick up a good pass rusher at 14 or floyd at 14 and on day two u will have 4 picks to try to get good players that can come in and produce for us early. 2 wrs a TE and a OT with those 4 picks and we have filled most of our holes with good to decent players.

i really think tannehill will be a bust and i dont know how others dont see it. He will take atleast 1-2 years to be ready to start and even then it might not be enough.

It would be a risk, but I think Tannehill may still be there if the Fins traded down with (#14)Dallas or (#15)Philadelphia. The Bills signed Fitzpatrick to an extension last season. I don't think Pioli or Crennel are in a position to take a rookie QB with KC. Seattle just signed Flynn and the Cardinals have Kolb and Skelton, I doubt they would look to another young, unproven arm. I have never believed the stories that the Eagles were that interested in Tannehill. You would have to worry that another team (the Browns) would trade up but I think it could actually work. And it would kill the media and half of all Finheaven members if Ireland traded down, picked up another 2nd round pick and still drafted Tannehill! I would love it!

plex steps in and tells us the real deal. I think we should listen.

word is that Barron is wanted and Cox. I am certain that whatever teams talk to each other, they get a grasp at who really wants who. I dont think Seattle really wants to go down the road of taking Thill after spending 8mil/year on Flynn and Buffalo will not want to waste a pick on a guy who cannot contribute right away. They are looking to fill four spaces to upgrade, at least thats what they think. I know, I live here and drive around buffalo alot.

Arizona the same thing and Fitz crying for Floyd.

Alot more will be known if a team trades with us from this bunch. Dont think it wont happen. Thats why Philly and Dallas want to trade up because they know others want to as well. The draft became less risky with rookie cap

I don't know, I think if we do trade down and pass on Tannehill there's a good chance he free falls down to Cleveland at 22 -- or to us with a later pick. That said, KC and Buffalo are in bad enough shape at QB that they could definitely pull the trigger.

If we trade down its because we dont want him, if you believe he has it then go get him at 8

Take Matt Barkley a true franchise QB not a project in Tannehill, trade our first this year and get a 2nd, 3rd, and someone next year first rounder. Than trade one of the 3rd rounders for Osi. Leaving us with two first rounders next year for ammunition in case we win too many games to be out ofposition.

If they are not 1000% on Tannehill they should look to trade down. I would love another 2nd round pick we can screw up (kidding ... the odds are we'll finally get one right)

I'd love to trade back to 14 and pick up either a 3rd and a 4th, or get a 2nd and give a late rder back. Still alot of talent to be had at 14 and we have enough needs to fill with another good draft pick. I honestly believe if we trade back to 14 there is still a high chance Tannehill is there and if he isnt there we could always snag a prospect like David DeCastro OG, Fletcher Cox DT/DE, Mark Barron S, Riley Reiff RT, Stephon Gilmore CB, Courtney Upshaw LB/DE and I bet Quinton Coples DE will still be available as well.

Thats alot of value while adding either a 2nd rd pick or a 3rd and 4th with it. Ill take that all day, because unless an elite talent falls its all the same value picks IMO.

No one is trading us a 2013 first round pick, a 2012 2nd rd pick, and a 2012 3rd rd pick for our #8. It's just not going to happen. Add in the fact, who ever gets the #1 next year, will more then likely be needing a QB, and picking Barkley themselves. It is way too big of a gamble to do this from a dolphins perspective anyway. You don't throw away a 1st rounder this year in the top 10 for a guess on where you may pick or who may be available next year.
