Hard to say. We would be firing out GMs, coaches, qbs after 3 games or signing them to the biggest contracts in NFL history after one signature win.
 
The team would be royally ****ed if this site was in charge.

You asked, "If FH was in charge who would we hire....but your poll asks Who do YOU want as GM?

If FH was in charge, they would hire Marino as the GM, because many people here view Marino as the greatest QB ever, and therefore that means he would make a great GM. All you have to do is look at Michael Jordan to see that great players don't make great GM's, and I love Marino...my favorite player ever.

But at this point I would probably go with A. Farmer, or B. Gaine.

I believe it's worded this way because the collection of our individual votes for GM would lead to a consensus on who FH would hire if in charge.

Think you can connect the dots my friend.

I flip flopped from my initial vote, I changed to Licht. Now I think the best outcome would be a Farmer and Xander marriage. Get the analytics guy with a good eye for talent paired with Farmer and his pro-personnel experience and stronger people skills. This should be at the top of our list now.
