If we truly were in charge I would trust our team to a committee made of members from our forum. Let em scout talent, and do other "czar" type things, pick their own coaches, etc.. coughcough hoops, ck even though he doesn't post anymore, among others. There's some knowledgable people here

Some of the agenda posters in here might be flexible on the "15 year old" and "transvestite" attributes, but the other lines on the resume are non-negotiable in their eyes.
