Misconception about Griese is that he is highly talented. Not really I mean he has good size, good arm but nowhere near elite, and little mobility. About the same talent as Fiedler when all is said and done. That said he is relatively young and is a good Norv Turner passer.
The guy is not a God or something, although he is a good pickup.
Big difference between him and his dad. His dad was the smartest QB to play the game(top 3 atleast). He had probably the same talent or maybe a tad less in each.
