The #Rams were among the teams that inquired today on #Bills S Jairus Byrd, per source. That was a bit unexpected and interesting.

It doesn't sound like the Jets are willing to pay that much for a safety so we may be out.

Moore is by far the best back up QB in the league and could easily start on about 10 teams.

Moore is a good backup, he's not a good starter. he wouldn't start on 10 teams and he would only start on bad teams.

Pre-Draft Moore would start on.

Jaguars (Better than Henne/Gabbert)
Browns (Better than Weeden)
Raiders (Pryor?)
Bucs (Glennon)
Titans (Locker)
Vikings (Who ever)
Jets (Geno is still young and would likely be forced into the starter role, but I still think NOW Moore is better, obviously not long term)
Cardinals (Palmer)

More like 8 sorry.

he definitely wouldn't start here and I'm not sure he would start on any of those other teams either.
 
I don't think he'd start on any of those teams including Buffalo.

Geno gets benched for Sanchez and you think Moore wouldn't start?

Geno would get the push forward because he is the young future and needs to be thrown into the deep end of the pool. But to say at this moment Moore would not pass him on the depth chart in reality I think is well....wrong.
 
if we are looking for a cheap alternative i don't see why thomas decoud couldn't help us...but i didnt follow him closely in 2013 to see if there was fall off...he's always striked me as a very solid safety for atl thru the years

rams being interested in byrd makes plenty of sense to me...even if they have to overpay...they have horrid free safety play

Mark is a good QB and geno wasn't benched for him, Mark was out for the year or he would have been starting.

Moore is a solid backup, he has proven if you want to win he should not be your starter.
