All things considered? MJD because he would probably come the cheapest and can stabilize our backfield. Ben Tate or McFadden would be great but they both will command a good amount of money and I'm personally not interested in investing that much money at the running back position right now.

Am I the only one who would still put a call in to NO and inquire about Ingram? They are deep at RB and this is his last year under contract. At 1.38M this season he would be a bargain.

Best pass blocking runningback who is a proven veteran and wants redemption. MJD on a 1 year deal for sure

Darren McFadden is the most overrated running back I have ever seen. He doesn't break tackles for as big as he is, he is awful in a zone blocking scheme, and he is always hurt. He has had only one descent season in his whole NFL career. I heard the Saints might release Pierre Thomas. He might make sense if he is indeed released and will sign for the right price.

I think I would go with this for one fact. All three of the above listed backs are three of the most oft injured backs in the league.

If I had to rate it would be,

1) Gerhart
2) Tate
3) DMAC
4) MJD

Tate or Gerhart. Other than those two turn to the draft. Don't overspend though set your price and if they do better so be it.
